INFORMATION FOR ALL CLIENTS
I will always respond to confirm receipt of your transcript. If you do not receive an email confirmation the same day you send it, please call or text me at 619.713.9595.
Please specify your required turnaround time when sending a job.
Invoices are sent twice a month: Sent on the 1st, due on the 15th; sent on the 15th, due on the 30th. A fee of 10% will be applied to late payments. A friendly reminder will be sent three days prior to the due date.
I work with reporters anywhere in the U.S. and Canada, although my home base is on the West Coast.
SCOPING
I use the latest version of Case CATalyst and do RealTeam.
PROOFREADING

Please be sure your transcript has been fully scoped. If it is not reasonably clean, a slightly higher page rate may be negotiated due to the additional time required.

I will return all pages or only the annotated pages, per your preference. You will see corrections in red text and/or yellow highlighting. The file should be opened in the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to ensure all corrections are visible, and it can be downloaded here for free.
